The Lady Who Shares Her Home With 500 Bats

An animal loving woman in India shares her home with some extraordinary lodgers – hundreds of wild bats. Living in a small village in Rajpura, Gujarat, India, Shantaben Prajapati first started welcoming the mammals into her home over 20 years ago. Now, every day between 500 and 1000 bats come to roost in her house and Shantaben spends her entire day taking care of them. Via: The Mind Circle
